1. Write a Note. A proven way of showing gratitude. Can you remember the last time you received a handwritten thank-you card?

2. Spend Quality Time Together. Schedule breakfast/lunch at your customer’s office; invite their team and then just chat.

3. Start a Loyalty Program. Customers love the red carpet treatment. Keep it simple… the easier it is to understand the more value it will have.

4. Send a Treat. Who doesn’t love presents!

5. Offer a Surprise Upgrade or Discount the Bill. Thank customers with a free, spontaneous upgrade, coupon, discount or reward just for being your customer.
