My 3 Steps to Startup Success

Step1:  Define Your “What”

It’s pointless to talk about sales projections or which accounting software to buy before clearly defining your “what.” As your business coach, I’ll want to make sure you’ve laid the groundwork before worrying about the “how.”

We’ll spend time exploring ideas and getting to the heart of what makes your business your business. We’ll determine what you’re looking to achieve – and what it will take to be successful. You’ll answer questions like:

  • What’s your end game?

  • What constitutes success?

  • What limitations or market factors are potential roadblocks to growth?

  • Who is your ideal client?

  • What resources do you need to achieve your goals?

Step 2: Implement Strategies & Systems

Once we’re clear about where you’re headed and what might prevent you from getting there, we can develop strategies to help you move your business forward.

We’ll map out your ideal business structure and setup. Implement systems to streamline the operational side of things and simplify your financials. And build a “posse of professionals” so you can delegate responsibilities and free up time to focus on what you do best We’ll also look at your sales, marketing and customer service to make sure you’re targeting, connecting with and converting your ideal customers.

Step 3: Measure Results

With a doable plan in place, we’ll review your progress regularly. Measure what’s working and what’s not. And shift gears when necessary.
